These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules that apply when you book a tour, transportation service, accommodation, activity, or other travel service with Tours of Morocco.
By confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms together with the specific itinerary, price, payment conditions, and booking information provided for your trip.
Please read these terms before making your deposit. If anything is unclear, contact us and we will be happy to explain it before your booking is confirmed.
A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit and confirm the main services included in your itinerary.
To request a booking, you must provide accurate travel details including your travel dates, number of travelers, arrival and departure cities, and any services or activities you would like to include.
After you approve your itinerary and price, we will provide the required deposit amount and payment instructions. Your tour is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and the main arrangements have been secured.
Once confirmed, we will send you a booking confirmation containing your itinerary, travel dates, services included, payment information, and other important details.
Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
A tour proposal or itinerary sent before payment does not guarantee availability. Hotels, desert camps, activities, and other services are secured only after your booking is confirmed.
All prices are based on the itinerary, number of travelers, accommodation category, transportation, activities, and other services confirmed for your booking.
The price provided in your tour proposal is based on the services listed in the itinerary. Any service, activity, meal, entrance ticket, upgrade, or other item not specifically listed as included is not included in the tour price.
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The exact deposit amount and payment instructions will be provided before you confirm your tour.
Your booking confirmation will show the total tour price, deposit received, remaining balance, and the deadline for the final payment.
If you request changes after the price has been confirmed, such as different hotels, additional activities, route changes, or extra services, the final price may also change.
Any bank transfer, card, currency conversion, or payment-processing fees charged by a third-party provider are the responsibility of the traveler unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
We understand that travel plans can change. Any change or cancellation request should be sent to Tours of Morocco as soon as possible.
If you wish to change your travel dates, itinerary, accommodation, activities, number of travelers, or other confirmed arrangements, please contact us as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate requested changes, but all changes are subject to availability and may result in a change to the total tour price.
If you cancel your booking, the cancellation and refund conditions stated in our Payment & Cancellation Policy will apply.
Some services may be non-refundable once confirmed, including certain hotels, riads, desert camps, entrance tickets, activities, transport reservations, or other services that require advance payment.
Any refund due will be calculated according to the applicable cancellation terms and the non-refundable costs already paid to third-party suppliers.
Cancellation conditions may depend on how close the cancellation is to your arrival date and on the individual services already reserved for your trip.
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate information and making sure they meet the personal, legal, and practical requirements for their trip.
You are responsible for making sure that the personal and travel information provided to Tours of Morocco is accurate and complete.
Travelers must hold valid passports, visas, travel documents, and any other entry requirements that may apply to their nationality and travel plans.
You are also responsible for arriving on time for airport transfers, guided visits, activities, transportation, and other scheduled services included in your itinerary.
Please inform us before your trip about any mobility requirements, dietary requests, allergies, or other practical needs that may affect the arrangements we make for you.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, travel documents, money, and electronic devices throughout the trip.
We expect travelers to behave respectfully toward local communities, guides, drivers, accommodation staff, other travelers, and the places visited during the tour.
Tours of Morocco can provide general travel information, but each traveler is responsible for checking the passport, visa, entry, and other official requirements that apply to their own trip.
Your tour may include accommodation, private transportation, local guides, activities, entrance tickets, meals, and other services depending on the itinerary confirmed for your booking.
The accommodation, transportation, activities, and other services included in your booking will be listed in your confirmed itinerary or booking confirmation.
We aim to provide the hotels, riads, desert camps, vehicles, guides, and activities agreed at the time of booking. However, availability can sometimes change due to circumstances outside our control.
If a confirmed accommodation or service becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative of a similar standard whenever possible.
Room types, bed configurations, views, and special requests are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed in writing.
Transportation is provided according to the group size, route, and services confirmed for your trip. Vehicles may vary depending on availability and operational requirements.
Some activities are operated by independent local providers. Participation may depend on weather, safety conditions, availability, age restrictions, or other requirements set by the activity provider.
If an activity cannot operate for safety, weather, or operational reasons, we will assist with an alternative where possible. Any refund will depend on the conditions of the relevant service provider.
If a hotel, riad, desert camp, activity, guide, vehicle, or other confirmed service becomes unavailable, Tours of Morocco may arrange a reasonable alternative of a similar category or standard whenever possible.
Travel involves circumstances that cannot always be predicted or controlled. We strongly recommend that all travelers have appropriate travel insurance before their trip.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation or interruption, delayed or missed flights, lost or damaged luggage, personal belongings, and any activities included in your itinerary.
Travelers are responsible for deciding whether the insurance they purchase is suitable for their personal circumstances and travel plans.
For safety reasons, Tours of Morocco or one of our local service providers may change the timing, route, activity, or other part of the itinerary when conditions make the original arrangement unsafe or impractical.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, flooding, road closures, strikes, transport disruption, natural disasters, government restrictions, security situations, public emergencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
When this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to continue the trip with a suitable alternative arrangement where possible.
Tours of Morocco is not responsible for losses, additional expenses, or unused services caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where a refund is available from the relevant service provider.
Travel insurance can help protect you against unexpected medical costs, cancellations, delays, lost luggage, and other problems that may occur before or during your trip.
If a problem arises during your trip, please contact us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to assist you and find a practical solution.
If you experience a problem with any part of your tour, please inform Tours of Morocco or your driver, guide, or local representative as soon as possible. Reporting an issue during the trip gives us the best opportunity to investigate it and provide assistance where reasonably possible.
Tours of Morocco is responsible for arranging the services specifically confirmed in your itinerary and booking confirmation. Some services, including hotels, riads, desert camps, restaurants, guides, activities, and other travel services, may be provided by independent third-party suppliers.
We carefully select the suppliers we work with, but we cannot be responsible for circumstances, acts, omissions, delays, or changes that are outside our reasonable control.
Travelers remain responsible for their own personal belongings, valuables, passports, money, and other travel documents during the trip.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
If you have a concern after your trip, please contact us with your booking details and a clear description of the issue so we can review it properly.
If something is not as expected, please let us know while you are still traveling whenever possible. This gives our team the opportunity to help resolve the issue before your tour ends.
